Company Management

Our CEO – Phumlani Njilo

Phumlani Njilo stands as a prominent South African figure, recognized for his entrepreneurial acumen, philanthropic endeavors, sporting achievements and unwavering devotion to his Christian faith. He is a two time graduate, graduating in business management and project management. Through the Themba Njilo Foundation he has built homes for the disadvantaged, provided school bursaries and supported many community projects in and around Kwa Zulu Natal.

Our COO – Ayanda Njilo

Ayanda Njilo, an attorney turned entrepreneur, has worked for Africa’s largest law firm, Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs (ENS) and has co-owned a law firm before joining IBF as COO. Ayanda was voted as Avance Media’s most influential young South African, under the category of Law and Governance. She has won the Sebenza Community Builder of the Year Award and the Sebenza Woman Champion Award. She is involved in several community development programs, focusing mainly on women and young girls, where she mentors on the importance of leadership and education. Ayanda also currently serves as the President of Dr Bill Winston’s Joseph Business School Alumni Association Africa.
